      2017: The Realization

      Back in 2017, I was working as a project manager on a government initiative that aimed to screen over 30 million people. While the scale of the mission was massive, the challenges were even bigger. Long queues, lack of trained medical professionals, and no real-time diagnostics made it clear to me—there was a serious accessibility issue in our healthcare system. And that led me to ask a very basic but powerful question: If we can withdraw money from an ATM anywhere, why can't we do a basic health check the same way?

      2018: The Idea Took Shape

      That one question turned into an idea, and the idea became my mission. I conceptualized the "Health ATM"—an all-in-one digital health kiosk capable of running vital health tests and connecting patients with certified doctors remotely. I had no external funding, no big team—just the belief in the idea and an unshakable determination to bring it to life.

      2019: First Steps on Ground

      After months of prototyping, the first fully functional Health ATM was ready. To test its impact, I organized a free health camp in a village near Pune. The response was overwhelming—over 1,000 people got screened in a single day. For many of them, this was their first-ever health check. That moment confirmed I was on the right path.

      2020: From Concept to Clinics on Cloud

      We made major upgrades—added multilingual support (English and Hindi) to make the software user-friendly and redesigned the machine for easier transport. Then, a government body looking for a scalable health screening solution discovered our Health ATM and placed an order for 100 units. That was the beginning of Clinics On Cloud.

      2021: Learning by Doing 2020: From Concept to Clinics on Cloud

      Executing the 100-unit order took an entire year and gave me deep insight into implementation challenges. From improving machine aesthetics to understanding healthcare compliance and workflow—I learned it all on the go. This project laid the foundation for a new market category: Health ATMs.

      2022: Scaling Up

      The same government organization returned, this time with an order for 1,000 units. This was a game-changer—it allowed me to build a stronger team, stock up on raw materials, and invest in setting up a full-fledged manufacturing facility and corporate office.

      2023: Going Global

      With our infrastructure in place, we started getting inquiries from international markets like Africa and the Philippines. Around the same time, a CSR-focused company adopted our Health ATM as part of their healthcare initiative. Our global journey had begun.

      2024: Recognition and Growth

      We secured all the necessary certifications for our machine and software to expand globally. Our client base widened to include corporates, NGOs, schools, and hospitals. It was a landmark year—Clinics On Cloud crossed 3,000 installations and touched a revenue of ₹100 crore. We also expanded our production facility to meet growing demand.

      2025: Evolving Further

      his year, we enhanced the machine's design, integrated new diagnostic devices, and entered the Middle East with our new head office in Dubai. And this journey? It's still just getting started...
