The part nobody sees

As I sit here, reflecting on my journey as the founder of Clinics On Cloud, I am reminded of the harsh realities of entrepreneurship. The world only sees the success stories, the funding headlines, and the vanity metrics. But what about the struggles, the rejections, and the feelings of invisibility?

I’ve seen it firsthand. When I needed money, no one wanted to invest.

But now, with Clinics on Cloud’s success, I’m inundated with requests from HNIs, VCs, and banks wanting to associate with us.

I’ve been there, done that. I’ve sent countless cold emails, made numerous phone calls, and attended endless networking events, only to be met with silence, rejection, or disinterest. It can erode your confidence, making you question everything. You start doubting yourself, wondering if you’re on the right track. Is my vision flawed? Am I delusional? The constant uncertainty can be suffocating, leaving you feeling like you’re losing your grip on reality.

It’s a surreal experience, but it’s also a reminder of the conditional nature of the world’s attention. As entrepreneurs, we must be aware of this reality and not let it define our self-worth.

And to those on the other side, who’ve made it through the tough journey of entrepreneurship, remember where you came from. When someone you don’t know emails or asks to meet, take a moment. They’re probably struggling to make their dreams happen. A simple reply, a kind word, or a listening ear can make a big difference.

So, to all the fellow founders and entrepreneurs out there, I see you. I hear you. And I believe in you. Keep pushing forward, even when it feels like no one is paying attention.

The dream takes shape

Every great journey starts small.

Ours began inside a modest 2 BHK apartment — years of relentless research, innovation and experimentation, long before there was anything to sell.

That one question turned into an idea, and the idea became my mission. I conceptualized the Health ATM — an all-in-one digital health kiosk capable of running vital health tests and connecting patients with certified doctors remotely. I had no external funding, no big team — just the belief in the idea and an unshakable determination to bring it to life.

2020

From innovation to execution

The commercial journey begins.

With the product finally ready for the real world, Clinics On Cloud moved into its first official office — and what had been a project became a company.

A government body looking for a scalable health screening solution discovered our Health ATM and placed an order for 100 units. That was the beginning of Clinics On Cloud.

2021 – 2022

Building trust at scale

As deployments grew, so did our responsibility.

A strategic collaboration with a leading Public Sector Enterprise expanded our assembly operations and strengthened production — and took the Health ATM into public healthcare across India.

Executing the 100-unit order took an entire year and gave me deep insight into implementation challenges. From improving machine aesthetics to understanding healthcare compliance and workflow — I learned it all on the go. This project laid the foundation for a new market category.

2023 – 2024

Building the foundation for growth

Growth demanded stronger foundations.

We established our first manufacturing facility in Chakan, Pune — and with it, the quality systems and approvals that serious healthcare demands.

We secured all the necessary certifications for our machine and software to expand globally. Our client base widened to include corporates, NGOs, schools and hospitals. It was a landmark year — Clinics On Cloud crossed 3,000 installations and touched a revenue of ₹100 crore.

Preparing for the global stage

The vision outgrew India.

2025 became the year of preparation — for international markets, for global quality, and for global trust. Before taking our platform to the world, we prepared ourselves to meet the world's expectations.

Building the healthcare ecosystem

One product cannot transform healthcare. An ecosystem can.

With strong foundations across government, private healthcare and international markets, 2026 became the year of expansion — into new geographies, and into a much bigger vision.
